Before making a payment, installing an application or providing information, confirm that you are really communicating with SantaremMOTOR.

The SantaremMOTOR name, our logos, photographs, images of our premises or documents may be copied and misused by third parties.The presence of these elements on a page, profile, message, invoice or other document does not, by itself, prove its authenticity.
Please note:
SantaremMOTOR does not currently have any mobile application (App) for customers.
Do not install applications presented in our name through links received by message, advert or social media.
We never ask for passwords, PINs, authentication codes, codes received by SMS, banking credentials or remote access to your mobile phone or computer.
For quote requests, we ask for the information needed to contact you and identify the vehicle or part. If the transaction goes ahead, we may request the information needed for invoicing, delivery and compliance with legal obligations.
If you receive any unexpected contact or information that raises doubts, do not proceed until you have confirmed it directly with us using the official contact details available on this website.
Before making a payment
Always confirm that the details shown correspond to the transaction you are carrying out with SantaremMOTOR.
If the beneficiary, payment method, amount or any other information does not match what was previously communicated to you, do not make the payment before contacting us through an official channel.
Never validate a change to payment details using the same number, email address or message that communicated the change to you.

Contact us if:
- someone presented themselves as a SantaremMOTOR employee or sales representative and their communication raised doubts;
- you have found a page, profile, website, advert or application improperly using the SantaremMOTOR name or image;
- you have received an invoice, pro forma invoice, payment request or other document that you were not expecting or whose details do not match the transaction you are carrying out with us;
- you were asked to install an application or access an unknown link;
- you have been asked to make a payment to an account or beneficiary you do not recognise;
- you made a payment and subsequently suspected that the communication did not come from SantaremMOTOR.
Keep evidence such as screenshots, telephone numbers, addresses, links, documents and proof of payment that may help identify the situation.
If you have been the victim or target of an attempted fraud, we recommend that you report it to the competent authorities, providing the available information and supporting evidence.
