RIGHT TO FREE RESOLUTION
1. In accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the ordered items to exercise, with SANTAREMMOTOR, their right to free resolution, without the need for invoke a justifying reason and without any penalty.2. In the case of free resolution under the aforementioned terms, the customer must, within 14 days from the date on which he communicated his decision to terminate the contract, return the items to SANTAREMMOTOR, by in-person delivery to the store, upon request to SANTAREMMOTOR for shipping carrier or hiring a carrier/courier.3. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with legal terms.4. In the case of delivery of items to be returned to a store, delivery can be made to any SANTAREMMOTOR store/branch and the purchase invoice must be presented in paper or electronic format.5. In the case of a request to SANTAREMMOTOR to send a carrier for collection purposes, the request must be made by telephone or via email and, subsequently, a carrier will be sent to collect the item(s) to be ) returned to the address indicated by the customer.6. When returning items, the customer must take the following instructions into consideration: i. Place the items to be returned, together with the IBAN of the bank account to which you want the refund to be made, in the original packaging; ii. Make sure that the box is closed and the items are properly packed, securely.7. Items must be returned in the due and exact conditions in which they were dispatched by SANTAREMMOTOR, including the respective accessories, and must be marked by SANTAREMMOTOR, without any sign of internal or external manipulation, otherwise the customer will be held responsible for the respective depreciation, under legal terms.8. In case of exercising free resolution and returning any item, SANTAREMMOTOR is not responsible for any other additional costs, such as vehicle immobilization, assembly/disassembly labor costs or the cost of collecting the packaging.9. The refund for returned items is made by SANTAREMMOTOR to the customer, as quickly as possible and within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the returned items. RETURN CONDITIONS
1. Outside of cases, terms and deadlines for free resolution, exchanges are not permitted.2. Items cannot be returned once used.3. Regardless of the reason for the return, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.4. All non-conforming or damaged products must be returned to SANTAREMMOTOR, which will send the customer an item with equivalent characteristics and price, if stock is available.5. The same procedure will be applicable in the case of misidentification of the item, under the responsibility of SANTAREMMOTOR.6. SANTAREMMOTOR is not responsible for any incompatibility, in cases of error attributable to the customer, so the customer must always check and make sure that the item purchased is suitable for the vehicle for which it is intended.7. In the case of non-conformity or damaged items, SANTAREMMOTOR may present the customer with an alternative proposal to refund the price, in particular the granting of a voucher, with a defined period, which will, in any case, be subject to the customer's acceptance. 8. Certain items, due to their special characteristics, must be returned in person to the store by the customer.9. SANTAREMMOTOR is not responsible for any damage resulting exclusively from transportation, notably broken glass, therefore in the event of a return, in addition to shipping costs, the customer is responsible for the risk arising from the transportation of the items.
