1 – What type of information do we collect?

We keep your data until it is no longer needed, to provide you and others with products and services. Information associated with your customer account will be retained until it is deleted, unless we no longer need the data to provide products and services.
You can request the deletion of your customer account at any time by contacting santaremmotor@jpsf.pt. When you request to delete your account, we delete all data associated with it.
5 – How do we respond to legal requests or prevent harm?
We may access, preserve, and share user information in response to a legal request (such as a search warrant, court order, or subpoena) if we believe, in good faith, that the law requires it. This may include responding to legal requests from national and European jurisdiction, where we consider, in good faith, that such response is required by law in such jurisdiction, affects users in such jurisdiction, and is consistent with nationally and internationally recognized standards (Union European). We may also access, preserve and share information when we believe, in good faith, that doing so is necessary to: detect, prevent and address fraud and other illegal activities; protect ourselves, protect you and others, including as part of investigations. For example, we may provide information to partners about the reliability of your customer account to prevent fraud and abuse on and off our Services. It is possible to access, process and retain the information we receive about you, including financial transaction data relating to purchases made at our facilities, for a long period of time, when these are the subject of legal requests or obligations, judicial investigations or investigations regarding possible violations of our terms or policies or intended to prevent harm. We may also preserve information from accounts deactivated due to violations of our terms for a minimum of one year to prevent abuse or other violations of our terms.
6 – How will we notify you about changes to this policy?
We will notify you before making changes to this policy and will give you the opportunity to review and comment on the revised policy before continuing to use our Services.
