  • What is the difference between a REBUILT and RECONDITIONED Part?

    1. Rebuilt part


    Rebuilding is a process in which the used part is completely disassembled, allowing the usable components to be recovered and reused.


    The rebuilding process includes:


    • Disassembly and cleaning of the original part
    • Assessment of the physical condition of each component
    • Replacement of damaged and wear-prone components with new ones

    24-month warranty


    2. Reconditioned part


    Reconditioned parts are used products that undergo adjustments and repairs in order to restore their proper working condition.


    The reconditioning process includes:


    • Disassembly and cleaning of the used part
    • Identification of the components that require repair
    • Replacement of damaged components with new ones

    12-month warranty

  • How can I know the value of a product?

  • Do the products have a warranty?

    All SantaremMOTOR products are covered by a warranty of up to 36 months without any mileage limit and whenever the parts are assembled in workshops regulated by law.

  • The part is under warranty and is broken, what should I do?

    If the part is not working properly, the customer must, in the first instance, communicate in writing to: Garantias@santaremmotor.com with as much detail as possible about the problem occurring with the product ordered.

  • How can I get/buy products?

    You can respond to the form by informing your contact details, the product you are looking for and your vehicle's license plate or product reference, and our sales department will provide you with a quote as soon as possible.

  • Do you have products for all makes and models?

    The chances of us having the product for the light or heavy vehicle you need are very high, we have suppliers all over Europe who sell all makes and models.

  • What is the delivery time for a product?

    After payment confirmation, your piece begins to be prepared.
